MDB Texinov holds the rights to the intellectual property and all the elements accessible on the site, such as the text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sound and software. Reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements on the site, regardless of the means or the process used, is forbidden without prior written approval from Caratech.<\/p>\n

Unauthorised exploitation of the site or any of the elements featured therein is considered to be forgery and will be subject to prosecution in compliance with article L.335-2 and in accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code.<\/p>\n

6. Limitations of responsibility<\/h2>\n

MDB Texinov will not be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by user devices when accessing the site and resulting in the use of material not compliant with specifications mentioned in point 4, due to the appearance of a software bug or incompatibility. MDB Texinov will not be held responsible for indirect damage (such as a lost market or opportunity) due to use of the site.<\/p>\n

MDB Texinov reserves the right to deleting, without official notice, any content in this space which infringes French legislation, particularly data protection measures.
